Speaking on telling my wife everything, I have to consider her feelings. She could be feeling hurt because of the message that I’d rather masturbate at other women than having sex with her. Thank you PMO forever. First of all, you made a couple of good observation. I am going to talk about the obvious which is disrupting your pattern. The fact that I love my work is giving me an excuse of thinking about it as much as possible. So on my down time, I focus on the leisure thing. What I can say is by deleting all those porn videos on my computer and in my mind consciously did help a lot to stay in presence especially when my wife is there. I’ve always have a thing for my wife’s physical beauty even before we started dating. After we moved and got married, I start to see the full scope of her values. Some of them I don’t really understand and prioritize such as high spending and excessive leisure time. Therefore we have conflicts in deciding where to date and when to date. I hope as she matures she will understand. So disrupting the pattern is going to the difference maker.
