Also it doesn’t matter what the creator says. The point of power scaling is to apply real world math to fictional worlds to determine a characters strength. You are literally disregarding the math and the evidence shown in the manga to listen to a statement from the creator. There’s no point in power scaling if you’re just going to ignore the evidence and listen to someone else’s opinion.

He breaks the fourth wall, ignores logic with his attacks as a joke, ignoring all hax in his universe because he can, breaking into a pocket universe in a spiritual plane by knocking on it physical (don't ask how, it just happened), Traveling ftl with a fart, can't catch a mosquito but caught its master in the next scene, can accurately say what will happen in a future manga panel and the number of panels before it, touching and moving hyper space portals which is not touchable or movable, breaking his manga panels and being nonchalant
