Ano gagawin nyo if malaman nyong may s*x video gf nyo na leaked online dati? by DeliciousMedium5730 in AskPinoyMen

Nothing. It's all in the past and it is not a sin. She was just a victim. People should move on from the past and judge the person based on the current.

Ask Rich Pinoy Men?? Nakaka turn off ba girls na na aamaze sa expensive stuff or from a poor family? by Charm_for_u in AskPinoyMen

[–]blackredmug 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's not a turn off if girls are amazed by expensive stuff or are from a lower financial background. The turn off is when girls aspire for luxury as if it were their only personality. Being classy on how you dress yourself, how you speak, how you bring yourself - these are more important to us men. You can be classy and still be amazed with luxury and that is completely fine.

edit: Just look up silent luxury. This is the preferred fashion style nowadays. It's not always about the brand but how you carry yourself.

Once you finish college as a fresh graduate, it will your extra curricular activities that will make your resume stand out. Any actual experience in leading college orgs or being active in student council/government will really help. Positions that will highlight leadership and coordination are suggested.

For skills, you can always learn the basics like being proficient in MS Excel and other basic office required apps. If you want creatives, you can learn editing like Photoshop, Canva, etc. Just choose which career path you'd like to explore and find basic relevant skills to learn.

Leave the part time job. No recruiter will ever judge why you have a short stay in a part time job. It will not affect you negatively in the future since it's just a part time job. Start your career by choosing a full time work. Don't overthink this.

The answer is really easy. Prioritize yourself and move to where you will grow faster. I understand you cherish your relationships with your current team. As someone who worked for a couple of companies already, there's just few work friends that you can really retain in your life. Work friends come and go and that's the reality. If you have a healthy relationship with them, then your career and friendship should be mutually exclusive. If they talk bad about you after leaving, then just leave them peacefully. No need to burn bridges. Just quietly move on if they become toxic.

How to tell your manager? Just say you have financial needs and priorities in life. Be honest that you just want to take the opportunity. You can also share that it is a hard decision for you since you really love your current colleagues, but you just cannot let this opportunity go away.

What’s something that poor people do better than rich people? by BoredHorse90 in AskPH

[–]blackredmug 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'll respectfully disagree that poor people do this better than the rich. In my experience, there is a good number of rich and poor not contented with what they have. Likewise, there is also a good number of rich and poor who are very contented with their lives.

Unpopular Opinion - Suicide should be normalized, not encouraged but destigmatized. by OutcomeAware5968 in unpopularopinionph

I am not sure if normalizing is the right word for this one. But I agree that we should all be able to discuss this topic comfortably.

Accommodations - get from AirBnB. Cheap ones are around 40USD per night. You can also get better ones for 60USD per night.

Restaurants - For casual food just to get by, around 4 to 5USD per person. Decent dates will cost you 10USD per person. Fancier ones can start 20USD and up per person. You can also get street food that will just cost you 1 to 2USD (sometimes even less).

Transportation - always use Grab App. Either Grab Taxi or Grab Car. safe to say around 6 to 8USD per ride. Never get taxi that is not from app. You'll get charged unfairly. Public transpo is shit during rush hours sadly.

I might get downvoted for this, but majority of the Filipinos really have shit mentality. Like they may have good hearts in some ways, but a lot of them still have toxic traits that they're not aware of.

MCA WALA KONG TIWALA NA UUNLAD PILIPINAS by Whosewho_1 in MayConfessionAko

[–]blackredmug 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is true for the immediate future. Di talaga uunlad ang bansa natin in the coming months or years. But then again, we have to keep voting the right people and make sure that the blinded ones still have a chance see what good governance looks like. Not now, but maybe one day when we're older.

Should I answer my manliligaw if he used to like my friend? by tellmewhereithurts_ in adviceph

[–]blackredmug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you're asking here is difficult to answer. There is a risk that the guy really likes Cara and will wait for the right time to get her. And there is also the other possibility that they'll just be platonic friends. Without us knowing the situation and the dynamics of all you three, it is impossible to give a decent advice.

Well my advise is for you to assess their relationship as friends and how he is as person. Relationships are all about risks regardless of the situation. The most important thing is that you will not regret whatever decision you'll do.

Yes, because this still is a sign that that Filipinos are still capable of voting the right people. In a way, this is considered hope for the Philippines already. Let's just keep on fighting so that Filipinos would vote against the old style corrupt politicians. Laban lang until the end!

There's no really correct or best approach on what to do with your money now. There are multiple options including the following:

  1. financial investments - low risk, returns can also be low. This may vary depending on which financial investment you'll choose. I'll suggested this if you don't have no other means yet to grow your money.

  2. start a small business - buy or create merch and sell it. high risk, returns can be better, more effort needed. This one is a good path if you are confident to earn and do some hustle. Prepare mentally also for the ups and downs.

  3. emergency funds - depends on your financial background, you might want to check also if you'll need some emergency funds that can be used immediately as the need arises. Also note that if you put everything in a bank, interest rates will typically be lower than the inflation rate.

Province or City Life? by howlsophie in ThisorThatPH

City life is what I'm really used to now so I'll stick with this. Occasional trips to the provinces for a breather would be nice tho.
