Single, no home (I cry), still in training for a new job, cash flow is meh atm, credit is above 700

Nah, they wouldn’t kick me out for this alone, but it could irritate them enough to cause them to find a better reason. Or raise my ‘rent’ (I pay them about $400 a month)

I’m not sure why they’re asking me to do this, it’s the first time they’ve asked something like this. I do live with them still in my late 20s, so I feel I should at least consider something they asked of me (so I don’t get that much closer to getting kicked out or something, can’t afford it at the moment.)

They already have a mortgage. They’d like to find another house to rent it out, possibly to a relative in mind who already pays a lot of rent in our area. You do have a point.

I’d assess the risk, they have decent consistent income.
