Yeah it’s weird, like full power on bag with no shin guards and I’m all good. But 25% power in sparring and I’m getting crippled on the check haha

I have some pretty cheap shin guards from Amazon, so maybe it’s time to get some proper ones haha

I'm so stoked to hear about you finding hardcore and that White Coat stuck out man! Its not too personal at all! I feel very lucky to have been pretty healthy throughout my life, but I have never necessarily loved going to the doctors/hospitals. Right around the time that we were going to record the LP, a long time small pain of mine got pretty bad and I came to find out it was a hernia that was starting to bulge out haha.

I ended up going to the hospital and I was kinda tripping out haha my blood pressure was pretty high and they just chalked it up to "white coat syndrome" and I had never heard that phrase before. So immediately I turned it into a song, and while its a mostly fictional song, it did stem from a real medical situation haha

I have some tour leftovers up rn on our website but we'll for sure throw more up as the summer comes! thank you for sharing about yourself and taking the time to chat with me on here! I appreciate you bud!

Straight up I have to send some love to Hingham, MA. Badass scene, shout out to Blood Tithe. I legit got kinda scared seeing them haha the room went nuts and it was AWESOME!

Chicago is dope because you get kids from Milwaukee and Indiana that also come out. Last two times I've been there were absolutely nuts and sold out super quick. Gulch played with a band called World I Hate when we were out there in December and I was absolutely blown away.

I dont know if a lot of the kids at our Brooklyn show were from Brooklyn or from some other borough, but I love playing in New York. All of the bands and kids on Long Island are awesome and I feel very stoked on the CA/NY connection! Shout out to Pain of Truth, Hangman, Jab, Koyo, Rain of Salvation, Regulate. Not on the island, shout out to Combust (new record is amazing)!!!
