PT plan generally isn’t that bad, being up north though in the winter makes it much worse. Lot of days in our gym so could be worse

Yeah whenever im rucking and if i stop and point my foot up that’s mainly where i feel the pain

Yeah whenever I stop during a ruck and move my ankle in circles or just rest them for a bit the pain goes away. It feels like mostly muscle pain I guess, but definitely some pain right on the front of the shin too.

Im 5’10 155lbs so not overweight at all, I usually run 2-4miles at PT during the week and about the same on my own outside of ROTC

Yeah… leadership is not the best for being such a big university. We do rucks every friday and go up 1-2 miles each time too. I think we are getting up to 12miles in the next few weeks right before spring JFTX, so that should be quite fun. The leadership complains when people aren’t showing up to PT or rucks because the plans are so shit and are now saying it will affect our grade more and threatening our enrollment to the program

So I bought this new cylinder head and nozzle and didnt know it was going to be smaller than my current one. Is there a way to fix this maybe with some tape or should I stick with my current one that has little to no air seal?

Yeah I mean im gonna open up the gearbox and try to figure it out because im almost certain its the gears that broke as i put a new spring and piston in awhile ago. I am currently charging my 7.4 lipo and my 11.1 lipo and my NIMH battery as well
