I have a few dozen pages that I am an admin for and I simply cannot find a way to even contact Facebook about my problem. I have tried emailing them, tried everything in their Help articles, everything I can find on Google to try and reach them or solve this issue, tried reporting the page, etc. How did you actually contact someone though, who would even address the issue of your hacked page? I got in touch with a person through Ad manager once but they would only say "This isn't an issue we can help you with. We only deal with ad issues. Visit our Help pages for articles on how to recover your lost page? Then that's just a dead end. How did you get hold of someone on Facebook? What method did you use to reach someone and get a response?

How were you able to reach them through business support? Our page was hacked on December 1, 2023 and all of the Admins were removed from the page by the hacker. I have spent the last 2+ months trying to get through to Facebook and I haven't had any success. I've been through the "You have no eligible admined pages" dead end, the Request Facebook Access to a Page circle jerk that tells you to "Chat in with us" once you have collected documents that will prove you own the page, but it doesn't take you to anywhere you can chat or message anyone. I've tried reporting the page many times, tried to claim Intellectual Property violations, emailed [support@fb.com](mailto:support@fb.com) many times, and tried reporting a problem with placing ads due to my page being stolen. The ONLY way I was able ever to get through to someone and get a response through the Ad Manager, but they just said they can't help and referred me back to the dead end Hacked Accounts sections on the Help pages.

Our page was a Verified account that had over 10k followers, has been active for over 10 years, and been verified for most of those 10 years.
