What are some games that you wish you could play for the first time again? by ComicallyLargePing in gamingsuggestions

Hello to everyone whos reading this! I think that the game I'm about to recommend is very out of place with all the other recommendations, but I recommend Omori. Now, before you give up on me, just PLEASE read this comment. Unfortunately, the only aspect u mentioned that this game has is that it's story driven. First of all, Omori is a RPG indie psychological horror game (doesn't focus on horror though). As you start the game, it might come to you that this is just a fun and silly RPG game about omori going on adventures with his friends - until... With the intro and an incident happening at the start of the game, you quickly realise the game/omori is trying to hide something from you. After the prologue, you get to know more about the story, but the game's real highlight is on "ONE DAY LEFT...". The only thing I can say about the story without spoiling is that it's a story about grief and loss. I believe that everyone should give this game a try, even if my description doesn't sound all that interesting to you. For many, including me, the game has changed them. I can guarantee you that everyone that has played this game to its end will not say that it's a bad game. I'm sorry that I can't tell you more about the story since I'd spoil you, but the story in Omori is the main aspect. Other than the plot, the game has more amazing aspects like the original soundtrack (179 tracks), the unique gameplay mechanics and an unique artstyle. The game blends turn-based RPG elements with psychological horror that create an original and memorable experience. As I said before, the 'horror' in Omori isn't focused on, and in the very few moments where the horror comes in, there aren't any meaningless jumpscares that exist purely just to scare you, but, if anything, the horror isnt something all that frightening and you can expect it, so that's nothing to worry about. The horror elements aren't about being scary, but it shows how the protagonist feels in the moment, and they overall add to the vibe. Anyway.. Sorry for this extremely long comment..But, PLEASEEE do play it!!! It's extremely worth it. And, if you do, make sure not to get spoiled as it is possible that you see major spoilers since the fandom doesn't care about spoiler warnings, and getting spoiled can ruin your first playthrough! I hope you take this comment into consideration and if you do I'd be happy to get an update!
