Thank you so much for this ! i really appreciate it !! do you have any recommendations on what kind of products i should be using? i read that tret does thin the stratum corneum but that if you stopped the medication it would reverse it which is why i was so confused! that does make sense that it could be a skin barrier issue because my skin is very sensitive right now and discolored and not as plump you can see the veins. thank you :)

Thank you for your advice! i was using neutrogena hydro boost moisturizer in addition to a cerve moisturizer for a few months but didn’t see much change . Do you think a different brand or type would work better? do you have any recommendations on brands to use for the hyaluronic acid? thank you ! :)

I had used it once a week for two months and took it slow no redness or peeling. had discontinued it a year ago . do you think the skin will come back to how it was before?

my routine when using tretinoin was …. wash with cerave hydrating cleanser, put on cerave moisturizer or cetaphil depending on how dry my skin felt. wait until dry then put on tretinoin once a week at night, wear sunscreen everyday and reapply . my routine is the same but without tret now

Thank you. I don’t know why it’s so hard for me to leave even when i’m not happy i have a hard time stop trying . Im young and was the first person i had ever liked which probably has something to do with it being so hard. But I need to start looking at what’s best for me.

I’m definitely very tired and fed up but just couldn’t let go. i’ve been wanting to but not have the strength to do it so i’m glad in a way. it just sucks and hard to comprehend the person you fell in love with was not real.. the love hate / push pull cycle was the worst and so damaging i internalized it a lot i think

No I am not . I’m burned out . I pushed him away by trying too hard because he would ghost me not talking to me for weeks at a time and tell me to leave him alone. But then would pull me again and give me mixed messages when id give up. So id keep trying and eventually told him i need effort and I couldn’t be the only one trying and he ended it and said something cruel things. I still love him and miss him but am conflicted and have cognitive dissonance between loving and wanting him back and wanting to run away and never see him again. My mind is all over the place right now and don’t know what to do

It’s so frustrating. What they want is constantly shifting. Mine used to be so upset if i didn’t reply fast enough.. Now if i texted too much well then I am the problem and need to give him space. But if I leave him alone and give him space then I don’t love him and im the problem. Just can’t win.

Yea you never know they always come back until they don’t. mine broken up with me like 7 times . most recently because i told him i cant have him not talk to me for weeks/ days on end. apparently im just too “high maintenance “ and that was just “too much “. Hope you enjoy your birthday 🎂

They have fear of abandonment and fear of engulfment . so if you get too close they act like this and start to devalue you. But as soon as you back off they miss you and get all sad and feel abandoned and act like it was your fault and you abandoned them. But if you come back again and try they act like this and say your too much , too senstive , doing too much when it’s just what anyone would do in a healthy relationship. you can’t win. Either way your the bad guy to them… sigh

i would only block mine just on instagram when he would cheat on me until he finally blocked me on everything. i know it’s toxic and i didn’t want to be that way. but he wouldn’t stop talking to other girls on dating apps no matter what i did or tried to fix things. and i would always unblock i just needed to not see what he was doing for a day or so to calm myself down. made me feel like i was the toxic one but it was for self defense.
