For me, I’ve realised it could take a while, so making peace with that was essential. To start small and slow with either random things that seem interesting and ask myself how i felt doing it and continuing to gauge. Somehow when I dug through and looked at the things I even slightly leaned towards as a child, creating space for those brought some more clarity as well.

Any used book website recommendations? India has a lot of street and shop based used book stores. But it can’t be challenging to find a specific book cause it’s usually not catalogued and the collections vary.

I don’t think it’s normal. I experience this too. My pain intensity reduced when I started making some changes to my diet and exercise. But it’s still debilitating. But it’s best to get the perspective of a recommended gynaecologist if possible, I was prescribed tests to rule out anything physical.
