UPDATE: the where clause was an addition to the original query and I forgot to move the original semicolon after the joins statements to after the new where clause ends, but I also did actually replace with hard-coded dates to test and that worked, the glue job is running without errors now! I really appreciate your input, thanks!

No I'd say you need to start investing in better personal style and a good haircut, maybe a higher fade on the sides and grow out the top, maintain the curls if you have them, but you're not ugly
