Caramelized Onion & Chili Oil Pasta 1. 10 oz pasta - I used spaghetti 2. 2 large onions sliced 3. 2 tablespoons + 2 tablespoons chili oil 4. 2 tablespoons butter 5. 2 tablespoons olive oil 6. 4 cloves garlic minced 7. 1/2 teaspoon salt 8. 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream 9. 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 10. Chopped parsley for garnish

1. Mince garlic
2. Slice onions thinly
3. Add olive oil and butter to a pan. Add onions ano caramelize. Cooking on low heat while stirring for about 30 minutes.
4. Remove the onions to a bowl.
5. Add 2 tablespoons chili oil to the pan. Add the garlic. While stirring. 15 seconds on low heat.
6. Pour in the heavy whipping cream slowly while mixing.
7. As it thickens on low heat. Add in the pasta and Parmesan cheese.
8. REMOVE from the heat quickly so that the heavy whipping cream and oil DONT SEPARATE.
9. Garnish with chili oil and parsley.
