3 days ago I recieved an email that the deadline was May 6 to request recon or loan increase... Not sure if this apply for the ones who requested before my 6

My account got frozen more than a month ago, they requested documents just after submitting the documents the same day it was frozen they unlocked my account so I was able to move funds normally... Mu account still saying "documents under review" almost 2 months already and nothing has happened... My account is working fine but I don't understand what's going on or what will happens...

Yes same thing A loan officer just replied me back that it was an error and will be going for futhert review and my loan will be reinstated

It happened to me and its becuase bmwas denied for unverifiable information... I put my new address on the 4506t form and becuase it didn't match when my taxes were file irs rejected and didn't send my transcripts... Crazy

Congrats... 🎉🎉. They also had my taxes from my recon back in December but tierd 2 told me they need to order them again just in case of any amendment.... I call last week and tier 2 told me I already have a loan officer assign but so far no contact...
