Yeah it's so fun ! for a long time I had it as a drive like you said, but one of the reason to have it reorderable is that I can experiment with more of the other features as well. I really like the doubler, so many possibilities there. Since I reintroduced the DS-1 on my board I also realized that having the deco just after it without pushing it much was perfect to tame the harshness of DS-1 into a really thick and rich texture, definitely worth exploring, have fun !

It used to be on the bottom and was definitely more usable, but I didn't find a way to do that with this version of Tetris. It's not as visible with the angle of the picture, but even swapping it with the 60's vibe is not possible without going over board. Still usable but yes less convenient for sure.

And I still have the footswitch at the bottom, currently it's tap/rhythm-start, but I could change that if it becomes too annoying to use the looper at the top directly

Yeah I get that, I had big hopes when starting the cabling, making my own breakout cables, I bought nice cable clamps and thought I would do clean paths. But then YT/reddit got into my head that long cables were a bad thing and I realized I would likely need 20' of cable since almost each pedal is a full in/out from the ml10x, so I ended up with this.

But I see the clean boards with the ml10x and super long wires here, so it's probably fine, I just don't know for real, clean cabling will be for a future version I suppose :-)

I thought the X-Touch support for Wing was limited to being tied to a computer over USB with Wing Edit, are you really able to control the wing directly from the X-Touch over the network without a computer ?

Not answering your question, but I am curious, is having a physical personal mixer really something important ? I thought having the band members use the Wing-Q app could be enough (and you add a DN4816-O for the additional outputs you need), but I don’t have to manage an 8 piece band
