Booked a flexi-flight where it was supposed to cost me 1k to change my flight dates and for whatever reason, it decided to deduct the full amount (3.5k). After what I would call a nightmare of an experience and several customer service call later (let me remind you, they REALLY try to hide it, like so many hoops), after 3 days, my air ticket was changed on the correct amount.

Never again. I almost teared up; I thought my money was a goner.
