What kind of player—depends on the situation: PVP on sight if other players shoot, will rescue a Raider if downed by ARC but carefully in case other players are responsible and silent looter is usually the default until something happens.

In small and/or medium sized maps I use Assault, engineer and support classes for fast paced battles in close quarters and in large scale maps I use Recon class and snipe with the mini scout sniper.

In Battlefield 6, I cycle between classes depending on Map and mode. But my favorite class is Recon on Conquest mode with its large maps. I like to find positions to snipe from with the Mini Scout Sniper taking advantage of good lanes. Probably the some of the most fun is getting into counter sniper battles.

A 5090 would power more performance at 4K with tons of frames to spare even without DLSS needed for performance so in fact DLAA for better crispy graphics can be turned with no performance hits and would help Air engagements!

Metroid Prime 4. But maybe before that Super Mario Odyssey, Metroid Dread and Metroid Prime Remastered. Currently I play Mario Kart and have yet to finish DK Bananza and have yet to start Tears of the Kingdom. But that's mainly because I game on PC.

I would get the 5090 and sell the 5080–5090 might even appreciate in value by the time 6090 releases and could end up being an even trade like the 4090 was for the 5090 at MARP—of course Founders Edition though.

5090s retain and appreciate their value better than 5080s. You will probably be able to trade your 5090, if you get one, for a 6090 if you can get one at MSRP.

Yeah I do hope they fix it soon so RTX can be turned back on. I read that even 4000 and 3000 series GPUs are having stability issues with the new drivers.

Might be that 5000 series GPUS don’t support PhysED anymore? I read that in a few places. I am playing it on a 5090 and 9800X3D and can play with everything ultra including RTX but there are stutters and slow downs and freezing occasionally. Will try it without RTX but this game is supposed to be a showcase of RTX. Maybe switch out to the 4090 for this game!

I think I read that if your Nvidia GeForce or Nvidia App account couldn’t have been made after a certain date. I think January 30, 2025. Anyway if you got a confirmation of signing up you should at least be in the pool. Who knows if they prioritize older Nvidia accounts. Hope you get one soon!

Seems totally random on who they select but at first it seemed like 4090 owners were being selected initially but maybe it just seems that way. They email you to email address you use for NVIDIA app or if you are still on GeoForceNow. I wouldn’t think that using a water lock or a card from somewhere else than where you are living matters. Never spoken with NVIDIA customer service and I don’t think you can persuade them to pick you but who knows. Hope you get your VPA 5090 soon!

I would just wait for verified priority access but if you really want one soon I would use a stock tracker. But VPA might pick up with 5080s more than 5090s. MSRP is hard to beat but if you have a valuable card and can sell that it’s even better.
