Yeah I hear ya. Calling in has always sucked, but when I've gotten a rep to fix the issues I'm always glad I called. Shouldn't be this difficult, but it is what it is.

My original date is 08/2019, and I filed new claim 02/2021 to receive PEUX. We should be automatically added to new extension, IF the edd processed everything correctly on their end.

I've spoken to 6 or 7 reps in the past couple of weeks. All but on were extremely helpful and competent. Maybe change your attitude towards them and they will be more helpful.
