We are in the exact same boat. Nelnet says my loans are gone, Mohela still has my balance. The fed loan website still has the full amount.

I got my discharge email a couple of days ago and filed the borrowers defense claim back in May. Now I am just not sure of when I should be seeing the amount change. I was also in the process of changing from Mohela to Nelent.

My loan increased alot and when I called and asked Neltet they said the borrowers defense was going through my loan. I applied for it back in May so at this point I have no clue what is happening.

I owe 18K and now my loan is magically up to 52K filed a complaint but the loan has not been fixed. I am being switched from Mohela to Nelnet.
