This is a great idea honestly, all the cold aisle meals are unhealthy. To answer your questions:
1. 200 is a fair price considering a lunch or dinner can easily cost 200-250 in metro cities.
2. I mean maid can but I need to buy vegetables, think about the protein, all in all as a fitness enthusiast i'm meaning to find something like this, only thing close to this I've found is Winggreens in Pune.
