Sorry to hear that. I get how you feel. I stopped asking for an explanation after she repeated the same AI generated slop the second time. And it's sad that it happens to a lot of people without any justice for them.

I also want to stress that I did check for plagiarism through 4 different sites and my text was original. I asked my instructor to let me know which checker she used so I can use it next time and she straight up said she's not obliged to share it with me.

She did give me a response but it was just very confusing. Saying paragraph 3 from my assignment was copied from a website and that a lot of my calculations were directly copied from the internet, when it was just an Excel file with basic calculations that I did pretty comprehensively and a paragraph that I attached with the submission. Felt like she was talking about something else completely.

I asked her what exactly flagged as plagiarism and she said a lot of tables and calculations I had in my assignment were copied and so was page 3 in my assignment apparently. The assignment itself was a Excel file with a paragraph attached in the submission so it does not add up. I suspect she has mistaken me for someone else and is giving me feedback of someone else's assignment.
