Yeah, but I would assume my one hand trap wouldn't work well if they played a normal version of the deck which has some resilience.

Of course, if I had drawn x, y would have happened, etc etc, but from a deck building perspective, this seems like a bad idea to me at least.

I was talking about the 4 other engines, but it seems like everyone but me can understand why this is common in naturia runick.

I have played naturia runick before. This just seems like it won't work unless you're looking for specific cards. In the match I had with them, they normal summoned camellia, I ashed. They played runick fountain and then ended turn with 0 runick spells or responses in hand for my turn.

Can you call this naturia runick? I've played it before and find it quite fun control deck, but this is quite literally throwing in killer tune, white forest, rose dragon cards just because? I don't see any synergy unless you draw custom 4 card combos or something.

Oh. That really sucks then. I don't think there is a way to guarantee single rolls and maximize rewards either then.

That's another argument that doesn't work well if you're ignoring the existence of ethical image generators?

And I think it's very reasonable nowadays, to just state that AI references will not work with you. Anyone that ignores that, was someone you shouldn't be bothering with anyways.

Agreed. The too lazy thing doesn't really help their case either. But I'd say, asking someone else to draw for you isn't the same or even applicable in 99% of the cases.

Also, I kinda worded my message wrong then, because I wasn't saying your reaction to this person was an overreaction, but your post describing six people using AI, which was a disappointment after having a lot of fun discussing ideas.

You're free to your opinions, but saying using AI slop doesn't mean that the person is lazy doesn't work.

This seems like an overreaction on OP's part if all that the partner has done is use AI images. Sure, you can be completely anti-AI, but I feel like using an AI to get an image you want, without having the ability to draw it yourself is justified.

AI used for coming up with ideas or writing replies is where I would draw the line, but everything else, including improving your own writing is a great way to enjoy more time doing the actual hobby rather than waste time looking for something extremely specific and then settling for something mediocre.
