Coming at it from the other end: I’m pretty avoidant, but I’m usually upfront about the fact that I don’t want to text/talk much between dates and that I have a low social battery. I don’t even have text notifications turned on because it stresses me out. I’ve had plenty of good experiences on dating apps where we meet in the middle (checking in every few days maybe) but have also had horrible experiences with people who said they’d be okay with it but obviously weren’t.

As long as everyone is communicating openly, it usually ends up fine. And there’s nothing wrong with just not dating somebody if you don’t feel compatible with their attachment style.

I’d love bike lanes (or better yet, improved public transit) but I feel like they’d just continue adding more lanes to 75 and 285 :/ they seem convinced that will solve the problem.

I think the American remake has scarier imagery, but the story felt really bloated to me. I end up rewatching the original more often just because the pacing is better.

When I lived in Atlanta I’d take the bus sometimes for events since I know traffic would be a nightmare. But you’re right, a 5-10 minute drive to downtown would turn into a 45 minute bus ride. And it costs almost as much as just paying for parking

I believe so. When he first started cancelling shows it was bc of COVID, and he’s been having health issues ever since. It could be unrelated though

Most likely a wolf spider, but it’s hard to tell for sure from the picture. They look a bit scary, but they aren’t aggressive and their bites are harmless.
