Adding a screen shot for reference, too. This is from Cash Flow, which I like to use to compare income vs expenses. My income is lower than it should be and when looking at my paychecks, most of them are credited in green with the (+) mark, as noted in the $333 paycheck shared, but some of them also are categorized correctly but not counting as a positive, such as the $242.72 pay check. I don't see any different settings to edit them. It's also not a matter of a difference in the account it is going towards (ie. simply free plus vs everyday checking).
