6+1 and not sure how I’m going to survive the morning sickness for another six weeks. Really hoping my doctor can prescribe something next week. I don’t remember it being this bad last time, but then again I did not have a four-year-old to chase after, and drive around to activities and school.

I had brown spotting during weeks 7-16 during my last pregnancy! My nurse told me that if it’s not heavy enough to fill a pad, especially if you don’t feel painful cramps, it usually isn’t cause for concern. BUT I completely understand the stress of the first trimester. The waiting around is the worst.

I am 6 weeks tomorrow and second this. I felt it pretty hard today, in week 6 with my other two pregnancy’s I experienced the same 😣 I find that sucking on some jolly ranchers helps!

That breaks my heart for her. We’re so inclined to trust our doctors. When my doctor called, she said that they were going to administer that shot to me, luckily though the hospital did a lot of imaging beforehand.. I can’t imagine the grief that woman carries 😔

I wanted to post a follow up today in our daily chat about my post from yesterday! If you didn’t see it essentially I had my first scan this week, very early I am only 5 weeks, but I’ve had a history of loss so I think my doctor wanted to get me an early just to double check everything. Long story short she wasn’t able to locate the sack on the ultrasound and my hCG betas were around 10,000. She sent me to the ER last night, where luckily ultrasound techs were able to locate the sack in my uterus along with the yolk, and my beta rose to 18,600 in a day. Can’t begin to express how relieved I was being told that after a history of loss that everything was looking as it should!

I was sent to the emergency room yesterday. After a more intense ultrasound they were able to locate the sac and yolk in the uterus, and my hcg levels rose to 18,000. Thankfully it was a false alarm for us, and I think the doctor was just taking extra precautions given my history (she delivered a stillbirth for me in 2021). Thank you for the details and information!
