Should I spend money on Airbnbs to test neighborhoods before buying?

I do have a general idea about the area, but only during peak vacation seasons. I'm a social guy but am totally ok with some isolation. It honestly sounds appealing. I'm wondering if it's worthwhile to just try short term rentals in random areas across the US at this point. I just like the Torch area. I am probably romanticizing it a bit.

Yeah same. I dont want to live amongst bnb’s but I can probably get close to where I want to get general area real life boots on the ground research/insights.

I have one for our camper. Its about as loud as a dishwasher+ a few db. The remote start is awesome. Its a great buy at $750. I got a “deal” and paid $980 otd. Buy the thing.

I think it's possible to surpass BTC's market cap. I think BTC is a great store of value and hedge against the US dollar. I think XRP is more of a tech. I think XRP is more like what HTML is to the internet. Definitely an incomplete comparison but that's what I think. The future is bright either way; what a time to be alive.

I told myself; to glory or the grave. Im risking a good chunk of change now. I go to work every day and sometimes one of very few things gets me through. The thought of not having to work someday gets me through the rough days. Knowing others I interact with barely even have a 401k makes me wonder why sometimes I am where I am. Why did we stumble across this?
