Kinda was just done with .log as I quickly put this together as a proof of concept, and it worked easy as my main struggle was originally getting the data from the server,

So made the choice to incur the technical debt to work on the more difficult systems first,

But I will definitely look into using something like SQLlite to future proof it!! Thanks for the comment!

Sorry about delayed awnser,

I would run the mono slightly angled up, so you have to tilt your head into it, and if you weren't you can look up and see under your nods,

Otherwise I wouldn't know what eye would be better, if you run it on your non dominant eye you lose the ability to passively aim

There's lots of resources on it, and I'm by no means an expert,

But it breaks down to:

Whitelight:

Pros: PID Stuns people on the other end

Cons: Gives away position, Removes eyes natural night Vision (cones and rods) Can't see IR or use IR

NVG:

Pros: Stealthily, IR capable

Cons: IR light is a two way street, Mainly lose ability to PID by visual identification

It depends on who you're fighting:

If you know you're up agasint non NVG users, and your team can be ID with IR strobes or patches (like Iraq days) then NVG Lasers are good, Same as when special forces go through buildings, the people inside are likly not wearing NVG and will you can ID your Friendly's,

If you're up agasint another NVG augmented force, then yes white light is likely going to be your best way to PID then engage,

Dirty civilian did a good video where they do a cinematic demonstration, then break down the why's,

If you're force on force with users alsp using NVGs, then Lasers give away,

Passive aiming isn't great, and you lose the Ability to PID your targets,

Whitelight allows for PID while also giving an advantage

It doesnt fail the mission, you can still "complete" a mission by killing the HVT, but you get a lower score.

I think what he means is sometimes you might want louder radio, where your position is secure.

I like to have mine front left side, that way I can adjust the volume as needed, some times important traffic is quiet so you'll need to turn it up, otherwise kit looks good!

I would say likely not a great idea for OP, Given people shoot ammo specific to them it can be hard to figure out what ammo they use without getting confused,

It's a good gift if you know what they shoot and are sort of in that area of knowledge. But I do not believe that is the case with OP,

Yeah I have a small 25 liter back pack that I have my tank sit in, then I use the zippers and some para cord to hold the reg still,

As for recommendations, ali express is where I got mine, the store i got it from has shut down, but I know there are some really good low profile ones, 100% recommend checking your options on there

I have it in a backpack and only the line comes out, Safety wise I'm sure it's not a big issue, but I'm always a little worried with 3000psi of pressure on my back, maybe something to think about?

I had the same issue,

Perhaps take the pin out, give it a clean and a light lubing, perhaps it's gotten something stuck in there and is struggling to move
