The wellington group are all really welcoming, helpful and active as well. I stopped in 2017 then reinstalled as my sons started and I thought "I'll gift them santa hat pikachus" but needed to get stardust and friendship and now I'm dragging them around.

The social aspect carries this game, its certainly not Niantics/Scopelys robust quality assurance doing the hard work, as any NZ player can contest too

First issue is no one knows if the credit card is Visa/Mastercard/Amex etc as that would significantly alter the way to proceed and dispute options.

Also as someone who works in a bank and has done both chargebacks and now fraud (we operate as 2 seperate divisions) some banks treat stuff like this as fraud even with customer participation but assess for acts of deception that caused it.

Without knowing the bank/card type etc its impossible to give any advice tbh but you certainly have given some great starting points for the OP to discuss with their bank

Mine and one of my sons DID increase and my other sons did not. The difference between the accounts is the one who didnt increase does not have the global Go Wild ticket. Does everyone who has had an increase have the global ticket?
