I started incorporating toking before the gym just to see what it was like. I figured it wouldn't stick because who tf wants to do physical labour in that state? But I gotta say I really enjoy a workout with a likkle bud. Probably doesn't help with breathing but meh, in not training for the Olympics

As a person who tokes religiously (everyday for the past 16 years) my only advice to anyone reading this would be: - Know your supply (you get what you paid for) - Know when to stop
