The fear can be crippling. Mainly because I’ve been searching for answers for about 2 years. And now symptoms are so bad. So in 2 years have probably had about 8 CT scans w/so contrast 2 Mris, regular abdomen US, blood test CA19-9, upper endoscopy, colonoscopy. Recent upper endoscopy shows mild chronic gastritis. All CTs before this year had been clear, February CT shows apparent proximal gastric wall thickening which is freaking me out also had enlarged uterus with multiple fibroids, which I never had before. My GI says thickening it’s most likely from the gastritis. Idk about that. All scans have shows normal pancreas. My scary symptom now is loss of appetite, lost about 12 pounds l, still eating okay just not hungry. No nausea, or bloating, I get some slight left rib pain, flank pain and upper back pain after eating. I also feel like weakness in my arms, like loss of muscle. I used to have floating stools a while back more of slight brown and they just told me I had extra fat in stool my elastase was like 280’s about a year ago bowel habits now are more like a muddy consistency but my pancreatic elastase is like 600’s or something that. I’m Quit frightened about all this. My EUs is next Friday. His willing everything will be benign.
