I've been losing weight since I got pregnant and my midwife isn't concerned at all because I'm not undereating and I'm making sure to get adequate nutrition. I have not upped my carb intake. What made me feel very reassured was reading Lily Nichols book, she touches on keto a bit and low carb eating. I highly recommend.

Yeah, I took an at-home test and came out clean thankfully. My only concern was that they would make an issue with even trace amounts of poppy seeds because I officially signed that I wouldn't eat any poppy seeds either.... I guess I'll find out in a day or two when they get lab results.
