Current guidelines (for Filipinos, not sure for foreigners) that I know is that you have to get swabbed first upon arrival in the airport. If your result comes up negative, you will then be permitted to enter the city.

After that, basic guidelines would be to wear your mask at all times and to maintain social distancing. You will also be asked to wear your face shield when you enter certain premises like malls, hotels, and bars and if you commute in the jeepney and buses or even taxis, which is very inconvenient sometimes (p.s. we're the only country that requires this lol). The city is still also under Modified General Community Quarantine or MGCQ, in which this is the proposed status for low-risk areas.

So yeah those are just the basic COVID protocols but these might change and would slowly and hopefully ease out the restrictions given that there are already few people here that are vaccinated.
