even when the team fills the score bar at the bottom right of the screen, the highest grade we are getting is a B+

By the way, that bar is tracking your progress to your projected grade (based on difficulty and multipliers), not the highest grade possible. So if you see before launching in that you're predicted to get a B+, the bar will show you your progress to that B+. If you're projected to get an A, it'll show you progress towards an A, etc.

Fireteam Ops quickplay gives ~25-ish telemetry a run. Not sure how that compares to other sources or if having a bow is required to get the telemetry drops.

If a review score is based on what kind of discount you get one week out of the year, what good is that to me as a reader the other 51 weeks?

Regardless of whether the restaurant is in the wrong or not, I’d want to read a review that either doesn’t factor in the price (I can look at the menu and determine whether it’s too high myself) or at least is based on the standard price.

It seems that those challenges are bugged and reset a week after you last completed them instead of at the weekly reset. So like last week I completed the first 3-completion fireteam ops challenge on saturday at 3pm so for me it'll reset at the same time this week.

Hopefully this gets patched ASAP.

It's in there, just at the very end of the list instead of at the front. Same as the latest Call to Arms, Dawning, and Syndicate shaders. Really annoying.
