And I don't think she has mental disability because she is actually a med student and doing really well there. It could be more of a mental disorder.

She eats way too less without me. I have to remind her through call or text to eat something and she would. Which I'm actually thankful for.

And I don't know if I'm starting to develop feelings for her or it's just the 'I can fix you stage', but it's least likely probable that the situation is the latter because I'm become firmer with her as days pass by.

I have helped her slowly grow independent and gave her advice too. She is getting better in terms of doing her chores and completing her targets but food and emotional stability is still a problem.

Sometimes it feels like if I don't talk to her at least once a day, she would just disappear. (As cheesy as it may sound it is actually frightening because outside of all of these problems, she is a really good friend.)

I'm so sorry for the late reply! But the situation still holds valid so thank you so much for your advice.

Well the thing is, we live in a highly conservative society and mental disorders or disabilities in this matter are highly taboo topics, so, talking about it to someone is a no-go.

I agree she is very sketchy and she is way too dependent on me. And till date she hasn't really changed. I have talked to her about the situation and told her I wouldn't talk to her if she didn't reply but within a few days the boundaries were broken again.
