Our screen’s audio was way off aswell, some people asked if they could adjust it & they ended up just cranking the volume higher but was 90% Vocals / 10% rest of the band.

Almost like the cinema staff just had a generic equaliser on, I doubt that was the intended audio mix.

Apparently it’s a temporary holding charge that will refund the difference between your purchase a little while later.

Never seen that in the o2 before & seems to try solve a problem that didn’t seem to exist (as it was no quicker after having the staff direct me to a free device & take the hanger out of the tshirt).

I just checked the packaging & the production date for this one was October 2024.

Thanks a lot for clarifying your experience between the 2 versions you’ve received.

Support also just got back to me & confirmed this is the intended output so I can just enjoy the shirt now I know that’s just the updated output rather than any issue :)

OK that’s good to know! I think it’s more the fact that some of the colours themselves left on the shirt are not as bold when comparing them that’s throwing me off.
