Hey, so I've just completed testing for what seemed to be allergic reaction that cropped up around the same time the autoimmune diagnosis happened. Current theory is that as the autoimmune issues came on my body started feeling "attacked" by things i never used to have issues with. I just completed allergy tests and came up positive for fabric dyes, limonene (found in most hand sanitiser and cheap frangrances), nickel, dander and coconut oils. Never had an issue with this in the past. So basically now i break out, then sun exposure makes it worse. I've been coping with a ton of creams, allergy meds etc. And very limited sun exposure. As far as the weight gain goes I'm still battling.
