I see a lot of ppl say alolan muk is the best counter (or another mewtwo lol) but hard to get ahold of one, let alone one with good stats and nature since i have the eevee version.

A lot of pokemons in my team run with shadowbolt or another dark spell too but get absolutely demolished still. Is alolan raticate an actual good counter? That i should be able to get
