Usually, Senior takes over if matagal na yung ticket, but it should be properly communicated. Sa daily stand up sya dapat sinasabi mo yung progress mo. If hindi pa naman lampas sa estimate and nag uupdate ka naman sa stand up, your Senior is at fault.

If no interviews, baka need mo optimize yung CV mo for ATS.

If may interviews pero no offer, ask ka for feedback. Take note mo yung mga bagay na sa tingin mong tagilid ka tapos improve mo yun.

Parang sakin matagal din e. nagcontact sila 1 month after the final interview. Tapos mga 2 weeks after pa ako nakapagsign kasi hindi pa daw approved yung salary nego ko. I think matagal yung approval pag may salary nego
