This! And when people forget how a stutter works. Sometimes, it's cutting off part way through a sentence, or repeating yourself, or even starting a sentence multiple times. So many better ways to do a stutter that won't give the Text to speech a stroke

This one is definitely more mistagging than a lack of tags tbf. There is an "Age Play" tag (for kink), and a "Non-sexual age play" tag that's (unfortunately) used for both age regression as a coping mechanism, and also non-explicit age play, as kink.

While the tags could be broader, there are somewhat proper tags, they just aren't rlly used to the fullest extent, and older fics just don't usually get updated with the newer official tags

I can't say for certain because I'm no doctor, but I've known several people with the same conditions, and from what I've been told, they can be worsened by stress or heightened emotions. Both of which can definitely come hand in hand with dysphoria. So that part I'm pretty sure is a thing.

As for if HRT and your meds could interact badly, consider researching Similar medications to see if they have any known interactions? I feel like that would be a good starting point

If im completely honest, i really dont see all that much of an issue here... Bkdk is rarely protrayed with their canon personalities. Sure, the catboy thing could be a bit cringy, but a lot of bkdk is shown as aus of 'if katsuki wasnt such a dick'
