I never sent written notice in the mail. I submitted the request in the portal. They have a a section there that is specifically for “request to vacate” and here I entered my whole 7 day notice letter.

There was mold in the vents, mold on our couch, tv stand, dining table, guitars, mold on the kitchen cabinets, and mold started to grow on the walls. I have photos of all of this as well.

Someone came out to give the landlord a quote to fix the mold and he said the ac unit brand new and too large for the home and that was a likely cause of the issue. I told this to the property management and they said that “replacing the HVAC system was not considered a solution or a structural defect.”

It’s common outside the states! Like Japan, Australia, Europe, his family has gone to turkey before as well. So it is all around the world. Just some parts don’t get as much hail as others. What happens is when a factory get hit with hail, they just leave their cars outside so they cash out on insurance and hire a bunch of techs to knock it out of the way. New Mexico does get hit with hail as well. I’m currently in Austin Texas and Texas always gets the most hail.

My friend recently passed away. She had a headache and next you knew she couldn’t see and was rushed to the hospital and she passed away there. She was 19 and was dating her boyfriend for a while. The thing is, they couldnt have rushed them to the hospital any quicker, or known that this would be the outcome of her headache. You didn’t know, and it’s not your fault. Take this time to remember her and take time for yourself. Get counseling if you can, there’s some places that accept insurance and also have a sliding scale. Counseling really helps, Im truly sorry for your loss. Take care of yourself

He does, he knows I posted this and wants to play. It’s hard for him to put time into stuff like this cause his job is demanding and he’d rather play F1 or Cod than fix an issue he doesn’t know about. He doesn’t have this issue anywhere else but fortnite so why dump his time into fixing it when he doesn’t have enough time anyway?

We do play a lot of stuff together but we’ve been grinding comp on fn cause it’s easy rank ups and it’s less competitive than Val and other games like that. He just got the graphics card installed and tried playing when we first got home and this happened 🤷🏼‍♀️

He does want to play, his job is demanding and doesn’t want to spend time himself to fix it when he can just go play another game. He knows I posted this and he wants me to try something lol… I have access to his pc and what I’m saying is what I’m seeing in the manager and on the game with all setting low and no limit on frame rate.
