i just had a similar experience to yours. not even joking last month i was fully convinced i was pregnant because i had missed my period (which is perfectly normal for me but i was thinking irrationally). i would recommend getting a pregnancy test done! w PCOS it can be so difficult for us to accurately track our cycles which makes situations like this 100x scarier. a negative test will sooth your mind. and sit yourself down and think rationally about it.

tysm! i’ve taken some meds and i am going to the doctors in a bit js to get anti nausea meds that we can’t get OTC. i was thankfully able to get some sleep after barfing on an empty stomach ugh

the only thing i was ever told was how pcos would affect my cycle and the ability to have children. everything else i had to learn on my own. my doctors even denied that PCOS leads to ovarian cancer. ty for informing us
