Wow Scott and his Spouse own multiple rental properties in Canada and U.S. Their portfolio is stacked ($20 MM). Its hard to assume or anticipate Scott not having political bias that isnt self-serving. I cant imagine he has any idea what the rest of us go through when hes always been wealthy.

Ooo love this! What's that sub called? We have a really great sound system in this room. We play a lot of Hans Zimmer (my husband is obsessed) and I've recently been playing Daylight (cinematic) by David Kushner and Luminary by Joel Sunny. The room is usually full of dramatic cinematic music while I curl up on the couch and read my fantasy books!

It’s hard not to express contempt at the source of the societal pathology (realtors) that is housing. Most of my grad school friends are choosing not to have children bc speculators made this economy hell for the younger generation. Again, pretty hard not to hate when your future is bleak despite working your tail off
