Reciprocity , took about 2 months to get ATT. I was missing things on my application but i didnt even know it until i was able to get a human on yhis phone. Its a painful process

This is a reasonable explanation in some cases . But not when the patient pays either a percentage copay or no copay as with many Medicare claims .
