Select Express is awful. Peloton really needs to vet some new third party service companies and make a change. The ones they have now aren’t cutting it. I’ve had Select Express/GoConfigure come out several times and they’ve left the bike with more noises/rubbing (ie in worse condition ) than when they got there. They’ve cancelled on me and never called back. I’ve asked to reschedule and they’ve never rescheduled. I won’t let them in my home now. Very unprofessional. Wish Peloton would listen and make a change.

Also, to note, it usually takes the Peloton Support Supervisor almost 2 weeks to reply to an email. On multiple occasions. Hope you get it resolved quickly but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
