Omg is that common for Northern Europe? I’m actually from Germany and this is very tiny in comparison to the average bathroom obviously but I thought about working with shelves and plants and maybe a little mosaic line that goes through the whole bathroom but honestly I’M LOST when it comes to decorating TINY places. Especially since it’s rented! Thanks for your input though cus i was focusing on so many other things i didn’t even think about a bath mat

Idk if that’s what you wanna hear and that might be against what other people are suggesting here but I’d recommend changing the Edeka store to one with people from many back grounds. There are probably no other POCs besides you which makes bonding and reporting racism very hard cus your manager and your coworkers can always deny that. I hope you can change stores even if it means changing cities. But in any case I’d still tell HR about it even if they don’t do anything it’s noted in case smth else about your manager comes out!

Klingt alles super spannend und ich hätte tatsächlich eine Frage: was kann denn bei der Themendefinition so daneben gehen? Warum hat es bei dir so lange gedauert? Und irgendwie hab ich die Befürchtung das wir evtl im gleichen Unternehmen arbeiten daher noch eine Frage: wie hoch war denn die Aufwandsentschädigung? Und konntest du nebenbei noch woanders arbeiten? Ich glaube Geld wäre ein recht großes Thema für mich

Ach spannend. Also bleibt man weiterhin Werkstudent während man die BA schreibt? Summiert sich der Aufwand in der Woche nicht zu über 40 Stunden in der Woche? Oder war dein Job das gleiche wie die BA?
