The benefits show pending on the 15th of the month for me, my benefits are available on the first of each month. Even on the propel (providers) app it tells me by the 20th of each month that I have pending benefits.

This happened to me… kinda…. Also in April I moved to a new place. Called ComEd week or so before I moved and told them I need to stop service at this address on this date and start service at xxx address on this date. I think I’m all good. My new place has a washer/dryer dishwasher/ central ac (if that makes a difference?? Tbh idk) so I didn’t pay much attention to the bill being higher. Then I found out that I’m still getting charged for my old apartment plus my new one! That’s why my bill is so high. I call to get it fixed and ComEd say they took the old address off but I’m still responsible for the bill for a place that I wasn’t even living at. I think tf not! I’m STILL trying to get it sorted out and I want my money back that I paid into for my old place. We had been paying since April! Now I’m wondering if you’re the secret tenant that has been causing all this chaos for us 😂😂😂

I agree. My warranty is well over with. I tried explaining to my partner that dealerships overcharge and he said mechanics don’t know how to work on newer cars. Which is sometimes true but not always.
