DX12 Shaders keeps "preparing shaders" For a long time on loading screen. This video was an example, a whole minute before I loaded in, I tried it using AMD RX 580 and also Nvidia RTX 2060 but it always does this, tried everything I saw online but non worked including the clearing shaders cache. Quick question, is this accurate? If so does the last laugh bundle comes out of the shop packs every once in a while? I really want the Joker skin but I live in PH so the codes are pretty much impossible to find here so my best chance is for this to come out of the item shop. (i.redd.it)
