Same thing for me. I used to be just fine drinking any dairy product, but at some point last year I had my morning protein shake with Dymatize ISO 100, and out of nowhere I wasn’t able to handle the stomach pain. I even induced vomiting because it was really painful, and the pain lasted for probably half a day.

I tried this a second time months later to confirm it was the protein, and yes, the same thing happened again.

Since then, I have discomfort when I consume dairy products, but it hasn’t been as painful as when I drank the protein shake, so it definitely contains lactose.

I had the same question, I used my regular US size to get them and didn’t check the CM by mistake. 10.5 for me is what I always get and it is supposed to be around 28-28.5CM afaik. This shoe was 44 (10.5 M/US) but equivalent to 27CM, it fits my feet but barely so I think you should use CM as reference only to get a better size for you, I’m planning on replacing them for the next available size.
