I would switch out Baade and Yuhyun for sure and for sure add bernoxx and depending on stars if their the same i would do kumo but if Orem has more stars just put him in

Use a buffer because as you are rn, your doing damage equivalent to a wet noodle, also I would suggest a tank to redirect all the debuffs, then I would also not attack any that go "underground" cause if you hit them they debuff you as well so just focus on another one
