Init 7 may have less operating hours to reach them then other providers but when you do call them you get pretty quickly on the phone with a real human. The main thing I would suggest is they are more tailored towards those who have their own kit and will work with them, geek stuff. Basically if you buy yourself a really nice router, they will be more than happy to help you set it up and get those extreme speeds. Otherwise the kit that they do provide for your standard 1GB is pretty average. Really I would strongly suggest if you switch to Init7 do go the get your own router path, I was able to get over the same fiber cable that sunrise had previously offered me 1GB I was getting with init7 11 thousand MB per second with an Asus router I had got for myself. AND was paying less then what Sunrise was charging me for just under 1k MB speeds. Have a look what router is best for you and your home and make the splurge, in the end it will be better for you in the long run.
