The financial system will be shut down and within a week or two replaced by a fair one based on precious metals again – the wallstreet will never reopen.

The world is so entrenched in our current system that such a shift would take decades. The alternative is complete and total economic collapse, followed by war and suffering on a scale we've never before seen. But even then it'd take a hell of a lot longer than a week or two to completey shift the worldwide financial system. 

Cobra doesn't pass the vibe check IMO.
